Housing subsidies, renovation and documentation
Burgenland has housing subsidy programmes for new construction and renovation. Energy efficiency and, in some schemes, environmental indicators are part of the technical assessment. We prepare the required calculations and certificates.
New construction and environmental performance
Subsidised new buildings may have to meet specified energy figures. Depending on the programme, the OI3 indicator may also matter because it describes the environmental impact of construction materials. Early calculations can help with design decisions.
Renovation before and after
Thermal renovation schemes can require certificates for the existing and planned condition. They help show the effect of insulation, improved windows and changes to the heating system. Some programmes also require energy advice or particular heating solutions.
Preparing the documents
Plans, construction details and heating information are useful, along with a description of the renovation work. ZEUS registration and any additional evidence depend on the chosen subsidy scheme. Check the current requirements before applying.
